I couldn’t help myself, I had to set some chicken eggs.
I got some eggs from my sister and brother, RIR roosters and a speckled Sussex rooster, a lot of the hens are crossed, some are pure.
Black australorps, leghorn/RIR, Wyandottes and a few more?
I have 44 set in two NR 360’s and I will set my maticoopx 30 Sunday.
The wife ran me out of the house until after the holidays, so I’m using the garage.

Yes.

I have 13 two day olds.
Have to scrub the bator properly so we can try again.
The only hatches that count are in even dozen increments!

It’s 49* this morning, highs in the 70’s today.
We have cold snaps but they don’t last long, plus I have a good brooder if I can get some to hatch.
