I got five ducklings about five weeks ago and in my procastination I have not called about obtaining a permit to have the ducks. I wouldn't bother to get one if it wasnt for the neighbors on the one side that might complain. I have been trying to contact the department of environmental health and everything in between but I do not know who to contact. I got the number from another thread on this website. I called and all I get is recording after recording. which in turns connects me to another recording. You get the point. I was hoping that some one could tell me what specific department I am looking for and the name of someone to talk to. I would really appreciate the help. Sorry to ramble on but Ive been trying to contact people for days with no luck and I am ready to pull my hair out.
