Clipped flight feathers

About 2 weeks ago, I was preparing to leave for a vacation and had 13 one month old bantam chicks, and since some had been flying outof their bin I decided to clip their wings. Will their wing feathers be grown back by July in order for me to show a few of them?

If there actual feathers had already came in I would say no. Once feathers are cut they are like that until the next molt which can be up to a year. I think most chickens do their first molt at about 9 months, but not sure.
