clipping wings

When in the earliest flight wings can be clipped? My girls have gotten to be quite the little jumpers, and they may start to escape the brooder soon. Their fuzz is falling out and feathers are starting to come in everywhere.

I think its atleast 6 weeks but cant be for certain.
