clipping wings

I have 14 babes about 5 weeks old now. my problem is that I have them in a run during the day and a different cage at night. Yesterday when I went to move them from one to the other. they started flying out. I'm afraid that being so small that my dogs might hurt them. My dogs are normally with the older girl daily. I just don't trust them with the little ones. Do you think that the big girls will hurt them? Do you think that I can clip their wing at this age?

I probably would not, but let's see if others might have other thoughts

I personally wouldn't clip their wings, because from my experience, it doesn't make much of an impact on their flying abilities.
