OP isn’t asking for help with a beak, but with a clogged nose. Her eyes look swollen to me. Is that on both sides? Is there any odor coming from her beak?

The beak is abnormal for a chicken and should be dealt with as well.

Yes its on both sides, her eyes are swollen because she scratches, a tiny odor from her beak but I think it's her normal breath
