Clogged nostril?

Does his nostril look clogged? I noticed him shaking his head now and then.

What's a good way to clean it? Suggestions please.

Not clogged, just a bit dirty.

You could take a cotton swab with some oil and clean it.

Shaking his head could hint to an ear issue, so check both his ears for ticks or infection or gunk.

Thanks for the suggestion to look at the ear, didn't occur to me to check that also.
