Thanks a lot, oh no, judging by their size at this point (we've had them for 2 month and they were a few weeks old probably when we got them), they're not banty for sure!! They're growing up to be rather tall (I know it's not visible in these 2 head shots of them), and I am wondering just how big they will be.

Thanks a lot for the info and the idea, I googled up the American Game at once and they do look very similar, only their tails (the AGF) seem to be a lot fancier than mine...
We just put side by side a youngster from an Aseel/Shamo mating and one of the black and white ones and they are very similar in anatomy, heads, combs and beaks... Except mine look a bit fatter, LOL... We'll see I guess, I am not excited that their parentage might be of fighting cocks but then again my partner's pitbull too is changing my opinion about what can be a 'fighting' breed, as he's the most patient dog with all the others that run up to him and bark in his face...

AGF are naturally feisty birds and love to squabble and fight amongst themselves, the hens too. Its just the fact that humans have interviened and brought out the worst in them that they have a bad name now.....just like pitbulls. Your girls have that hawkish look about their faces that looks AGF and it could be the aseel gene.....
Here is a picture of my "extended family" roo Limpy. He is an AGF mix and he is alover! Yes, if a roo comes up to him he will fight first ask questions later but to humans...a teddy bear....The ONLY reason he cannot live with me is because he has a crow like a ghetto blaster

and the neighbors would not like me too much if they got woken up to that at 4AM.
