Hello,
My rooster (2y) has a closed eye. It looks glued together with goop or something. I can't tell if it's swollen. We have another rooster, and sometimes the two get into fights. Is there someway I could get his eye open again? Or will it open by itself? I have a chicken book, and in the "How to tell if a chicken is sick" chapter, it shows the symptoms of a sick chicken. One of them was "dull, closed swollen or watery eyes." His eye is pretty much closed, though it doesn't look too swollen or dull, but I want to see what you would think.

Right where his eyelids meet, there is some goop. Is that holding his eye closed?
