Closed Eyes Loosing feathers

I have two chickens with closed/crusted eyes. One of them seems to be moulting too. It is around 10 degrees at night and 20 in the day. One is a Buff other Americana. This can't be good. Any help would be great!

Does their coop have good ventilation, or is it humid and damp?

The coop is draftless except the door. And Colorado air is super dry right now. We did have a Christmas snow.

Update: I went to bring chickens new water with Tetracycline in it (found dry powder at Murdock's Supply store--pet shops quit carrying it because of human consumption) got Water and Americana was Opening mouth wide and making screetching noises. Went back with water and the chicken was on her back dead.

Why did she die so quickly???

I had brought the sick chickens in the house the other day and begin forcing water in mouths with antibotic, Today their eyes are open and one is now eating. Outdoor chickens sneezing but on antibiotic. Increased heat lamp wattage in coop.

Sounds like they had a respiratory infection.
