Oh wow that is a fantastic set up! And what a great idea for the salad bar. My set up is so much smaller so it wouldn't work quite this way but I do plan on doing something for them like this!

Your place looks like a "Chicken Habit Museum". Spic and span, all tidied up and ready to be opened to the public. What a beautiful set up you have, but I imagine in Alaska it is necessary to have such a chicken fortress. It is lovely though, and looks like an enjoyable place to spend the day.
