Cloudy eye

Asking for a friend: she sent me pictures of her 2-3 week old chick that has a cloudy eye. Her chick is acting fine and eating normally. These are the pictures she sent me.

The cloudy eye is getting worse :/ and I have no idea what it could be. I'm trying to help someone new to chickens but I got nothing. Any ideas?
