Clucking neighbors

We do have an attorney they also wrapped adverse possession for part of our property as they claim there was a property line agreement, the seller documented that there was none. We have stated that the intention for the chickens was to have a sustainable food source, pest reduction, and fertilize our garden and yard. They keep calling us a Farm but even under state law we do not qualify as the primary function of all we are doing does not meet the threshold for goods sold.

Is this property line agreement in writing? If not, it's not going to hold water, and besides, that agreement was with the prior owner, not with you. Glad you have an attorney though!

Greetings & Salutations. Welcome Chucky08.

You need to decide how to go. The seller misrepresented their property. Is it written? Was one or both realtors a witness to this? I am typically not a litigious person but, if it can be proven, a seller cannot misrepresent property.

Have you spoken with the neighbors? Is it all the chickens or the rooster?

I hope for the best and glad you have an attorney.
