We do have an attorney they also wrapped adverse possession for part of our property as they claim there was a property line agreement, the seller documented that there was none. We have stated that the intention for the chickens was to have a sustainable food source, pest reduction, and fertilize our garden and yard. They keep calling us a Farm but even under state law we do not qualify as the primary function of all we are doing does not meet the threshold for goods sold.
