I have a bantom hen thats gone clucky and sitting on eggs for the first time.The problem is the rooster has been away for 3 weeks. Should I remove the eggs as they wont be fertilised or just let her be?

No, it's entirely possible that the male's sperm was still able to fertilize her eggs even after 3 weeks. 3 weeks is a generalized amount of time. Some sperm can live longer or shorter than 3 weeks.

I'd let her have a shot on them. If they don't develop, you'll never have to guess "what if"?
