Clumsy Rooster?

I've got the most gorgeous, friendly splash cockerel. He loves cuddles and pets and is an all around lover. He's about 12-13 weeks old right now.

My concern is that he's clumsy. He lays down to eat...when he runs, it's more of a waddle [though his legs are shaped normally and there's no wounds or growths or anything that would cause it] He's also clumsy....like tripping over his own feet clumsy.

I love him to death and I couldn't ask for a better roo, but is this normal? Is this some kind of gangly, awkward teenager phase that will pass or is he going to be unfit for breeding?

Ar 12-13 weeks he is more of a preteen yet, so he has a ways to go still. I would wait till he is more mature to say what he will be like. As to breeding him a lot depends on want you want for your flock, and does he fit them.
