there was only 10min or so between your first and second post, be realistic on speed of replies. it's not a help desk with paid help sitting there to reply instantly to questions.

get a fecal checked for the animals if you want to know what parasite(s), if any you are dealing with. treating with corid won't help if you do not have coccidia.

coccidia are very species specific, very unlikely a goat coccidia will affect a bird. very different GI tracts. possible, but not probable.

amprollium is in medicated chick start, so it is safe for poultry, but off label for laying hens. so is just about every dewormer that we use in poultry. many options for deworming, not really any with published withdrawal times for laying hens- food for thought before you use.

your question about giving antibiotic treatment yearly, just in case- big NO. antibiotics are for known bacterial infections, and even then- maybe not. giving antibiotics when not needed just promotes resistance, of which we have too much already.
