New to chicken life, have had these girls for about 4 months they are nearly 18 weeks. Found this poop today when winterizing their coop. Not sure which chicken it is and didn’t find any other instances. No one seems sick and everyone’s eating well..

Could it be intestinal shedding or should I just treat for cocci?

(It’s the same poop just flash and no flash)

Welcome to BYC. It's shed intestinal lining. It would be best to get your birds started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution. Dosage is 9.5ml per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Change it daily and do not add anything to the mixture. Do not give your birds any supplements containing thiamine until treatment is completed.
The stress of winter could aggravate the situation and it's best to treat now to keep coccidiosis in check.
