They don't actually "catch" it, but they can have a relapse, yes, until they develop better immunity to the oocysts that cause it. Be sure to clean the waterers daily of poop and keep their bedding very dry. It's no guarantee, but it's necessary since they shed oocysts that they ingest in their poop.
