Think both sets of chickens Rhode Island Reds and Black Australorps have the cocci bug they are 5 months old and have an orangey red feces have had them on medicated feed since they were 2 months old.....What to do?

Cocci is a classification of bacteria.
Coccidiosis is a parasitic infection

Sorry, that's a pet peeve of mine :p

Get some Corid and put it in their water ASAP. Coccidiosis kills very quickly and bloody diarrhea is one of the end stages of it. Are the birds lethargic, droopy, losing their appetites? Even feeding medicated doesn't guarantee they won't get it if they get a heavy load of parasite.

After you treat them keep their living space cleaner as it is passed by eating infected feces.

Good luck!

They are not lethargic, droopy nor have they lost any of there appetite, they are very active so what else could it be?

Red droppings doesn't always mean blood, they also shed there intestines from time to time or it could be something they ate. Pic's always are better for this type of stuff so people can see what your talking about.
