Liquid corid is 2 tsp per gallon of water, corid powder is 1/2 tsp per gallon of water.

I've actually heard both dosages for the liquid (1 tsp and 2 tsp). I know that 1 tsp per gallon has gotten rid of the cocci many times.

Also provide supplemental heat even if fully feathered. Make so bird can get away from heat source is needed.

I've also read that, but I'm too lazy to do the math again.

Water soluble vitamin and mineral supplement can also help with dehydration related complications. As in electrolyte supplement.

I believe dose is stated as 9.5cc = 2 tsp(actual is 1.93 tsp)

That's actually what I use, 9.5ml... I do everything in metric these days, lol.

Thanks for all your advice. I brought my little hen in the house and have been dosing her every hour. I will be dosing and checking on her throughout the night. I will keep you all posted.

Please PLEASE do NOT use any vitamin supplements or anything else when treating for Coccidiosis. Vitamin liquids contain thiamine-- which is what cocci feed on and Corid tries to prevent the cocci from eating. I made that mistake this week when treating my flock of 50 chicks for coccidiosis. I put Nutri-Drench in their water along with the Corid. The bloody poops continued for THREE DAYS. I was outside for hours trying to get them to drink the medicated water. Some bounced back but about half kept getting worse. Then I figured out my mistake and stopped the vitamin supplements yesterday. Today-- they're all eating and drinking well and are active.

Please learn from my mistake. Give ONLY the Corid in their water, nothing else, for 5-7 days.
