Coccidiosis?

All is well no more red poop. One rooster died but no other chickens have had problems. Thank you all for the help! This is a great site for first timers like me :)

I have a question - I live in SW Florida, we have been getting inundated with rain. My run is enclosed because we have so many predators. I haven't lost any birds yet but their run is wet and has been. I have read cocci can be picked up when the conditions are very wet and if the birds look dirty. Obviously they look dirty when their run is muddy so would if be a good idea to treat without any major symptoms to prevent loss?? I have liquid Corid and would rather not have in the cupboard and go out to dead birds in the coop..

Thanks in advance for any advice
