Coccidosis- any information ?

My 6 chickens came down with this shortly after I introduced 4 ducks into the mix in my backyard.
1 has died. The first one who I noticed was sick. They are 1 1/2 years. I found the dose for the “drench” with corrid and I gave this to a chicken that was laying down and closing her eyes. I’ve been treating 4 days and I upped the mix from 1/2 a teaspoon of power with a gallon of water to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
—how long do I treat. I do not want this coming back.
— also I just built a new coop to be easier to clean over the last few months.After how many days of cooping them together and on the medicine should I wait to move them in there? Should I put them in a crate and make sure no one has diareah first? My first thought. All look better except 1. I have only 5 now.

I'm sorry. Mine are the same age. I looked this up yesterday. It's usually 5-7 days, but I've heard 10. Afterwards, you can give a preventative half dose for another 5-7 days if you want, or wait a week or two then give it full strength for 5-7 days again if they need it.
