Cochin Bantams - requirements of a "proper" cochin?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could advise the requirements/standards? of a "proper" cochin? Mine are just pets and were sold to me as cochin pullets but I think (not that I mind) that they have a "touch of the tar brush". For example: Foot colour etc? I have looked at your wonderful albums but still not sure where I can find an actual list of requirements. Thanks in advance.
