I would give it some more time. It may just be an early developer and then it may be a cockeral but if that comb and wattles doesn't get a lot bigger it will be a hen.

I agree with the others. #1 is probably a cockerel. Seems to be standing straighter then the others as well as the comb and wattle. Best of luck.

Update! #1 was re-homed last weekend. He was a roo and a bully at that! We are lucky to have the "Funky Chicken Farm" near us ... Andrew is good enough to
foster any chicken we cannot keep until he finds a home for it.

#1 Is most likely a ROO
But 2 and 3 look like pullets through and through
