Cochin Chick Feathering

Do cochin roo's grow feathers in faster than pullets? I have 2 cochin chicks that were 2 weeks old yesterday, and one has twice the amount of feathers the other does, and it is quite a bit larger also. Would this suggest that it is a roo?

as a general rule pullets get feathers faster than roosters

That would make sense with my two. The one with less feathers has a bigger comb. Thanks!
