Cochin chick

I bought chicks sexed as female from McMurray hatchery and I suspect this chick to be a cockerel. "She" is about 3 to 3 1/2 weeks old. I'm kinda in denial Lol

Too young. Could be a cockerel, could be a pullet. Doesn't have enough comb or color to be obviously male yet. Please post pics in a few weeks.

Is this a bantam cochin or regular size? The bantams show combs sooner in both genders.

I'm with you on thinking you have a little cockerel. I see wattles coming in and I have an 11 week old cochin that doesn't have any wattles and zero color in her comb.

Well at least I still have some hope. I can have roosters where I live but the houses are so close that my neighbors might kill me lol.
