Cochin Experts needed

Is this a Standard or Bantam Cochin? Can you also guesstimate age? From what I was told, he/she should be around 14-16 weeks. Very slow to grow tail feathers. I expected him/her to be bigger than it is by now if it was a standard, Ive never had bantams. Also, got my first opinion that its a cockerel today, what do you think? Its comb and wattles started reddening up this last week.

Are you sure it's a Cochin? Looks more like a Langshan with that tailset.

I have 3 Cochin Bantams and that doesn't look like one to me. Very pretty though

@keesmom I have always wanted a langshan, I went and did some researching on them. My little he/she could be a langshan. It carries its tail higher than I thought a cochin would, the feathering on its legs is thinner. Otherwise I have no idea how to tell the difference until it totally matures. And if its a he, I will have to get rid of him because my sister doesn't deal with roosters.
