Cochin frizzle chick?

This chick has curling wing feathers. Could she be a cochin frizzle? She. has feathered feet.

Yep, she sure could be!

hard to tll with the pic, but if she has feathered feet and legs she is probably cochin (there are many other feather legged breeds obviosly, but she looks like one).
