not all chickens are broody. She may not set on them at all.

Best to leave fake eggs in the nest to try and trigger her to go broody.
Some birds never go broody.

Yes I saw that....real eggs or fake eggs?
Real eggs might just rot if she doesn't go broody,
better to gather the fresh eggs daily then add another fake to replace it.

No telling...maybe never.
If you really want to hatch chicks within a certain time period,
might be better to get an incubator.

I would also recromend getting some silkies if you would like to regularly hatch we have two or three hands that are about 95% of the time sitting on eggs while we do not usually let them hatch any babies we are planning on letting one hatch some soon

Honestly... I just wait. My Cochins can’t wait to go broody! I would give it Time, no guarantees, but they are one of the most broody breeds.
