where I live has no large fowl cochi with standard features of the breed, I could create a large fowl cochim from bantam cochin, doing cross between them, and selecting?

I have idea of crossing a big blue cochim with a bantam cochim black, to improve the quality of the big cochim, and thus making crosses until having a big cochim with an acceptable pattern

It would be the only way I think, for me to get great quality cochim, because here they are very rare, surely this will be a long term project.

To make more large blue cochins? It would work but breeding to a bantam would make the offspring smaller.

You would receive half blue offspring on average if you did this.

Where I’m from we don’t have bantam Cochins , I breed large fowl Cochins myself , I know nothing of the bantam Cochins (are they anyway similar to a pekin?)

I would think the standards if it is what we call a pekin or similar type is completely different (I’m learning so I could be completely wrong ). What colour are you wanting as standard in the large fowl?
