Cochin mix is this normal?

I just bought a cochin mix and noticed she has red marks down the side of her legs and kind of on her feet she does seem healthy otherwisewondering if this could be normal or if there's something wrong.

It's normal. Can indicate high hormonal levels especially in roosters.
