Cochin owners ??

I have 5 new Cochin babies I KNOW for sure ones a rooster at this point no doubt. However question is do Cochin babies about 3 weeks have larger combs than other breeds

One of my red cochin bantams had a comb and wattles like that at 3 weeks but now at 10 weeks all of mine have turned out to be cockerels.

Here are my new little ones The first pic they are 6 weeks old and the rooster is in the front. The hen is in the back so you can see a difference. You can already see his comb & wattles turning pink and they are bigger than hers. The second pic is him this week. My question for those who know, what color should the legs on the Splash be? I raise other blue birds and I am pretty sure the answer is slate. But being new to LF Cochins I thought I would ask.
