Cochin rooster maybe and mystery hen

The first picture is a hen I bought that was claimed to be an Easter Egger…she lays light brown eggs. The second picture was supposed to be a Cochin mix hen. Well “she” tries to crow a couple of times when I just brought home my new Polish rooster. “She” even tried to spar for a second. I’ve had “her” for several weeks, and not a crowing sound one, just normal chicken noises. There are no spurs, but the saddle and hackle feathers have me confused.

Easter eggers also lay brown, she's a legbar mix.
The second bird is without any doubt a rooster, male feathers. And possibly a maran.

I agree with the others, first is a Legbar mix hen and second one is without a doubt a rooster.

That rooster definitely doesn't look like a cochin
