Cochin thread!

From what I've seen she thinks she's pure. Mixed with a Silkie possibly. But I'm pretty sure those two (her rooster. I think she calls him Little man or something) will not make chicks looking like Bob. Breed the roo to Bob and you will probably get what you want

Yea, but it’s there health complications with breeding in the same bloodline? I’m going to be getting some Roos soon

No issues. Inbreeding is not too much of a problem with chickens



Btw I don't think the seller would give your their best birds but I could be wrong

Does Thor look like a pure Cochin (and female? 2 months old) because she seems like one but her siblings are definitely not pure cochin (pointy tails)

I’m getting some chicks from my friemd once he hatches his, they’re silkies x Cochin (kind of mutts I guess) but the parents are beautiful

Not great with frizzies, but to me that doesnt. it should be bigger butt i think- it still could be, youd have to wait til shes a bit older to be 100%
