This is Cheech and Chong.. all my silkie rooster passed so I was happy to get a rooster until now. He so freaking cute but all he wants to do is mat he seem to young but will go after the same hen over and over. Is there anything I can do to reduce this?? Or is it a cochin thing?

Its a cockerel thing, the hormones are starting to kick in. Only thing you can do to stop it is separate him.

Agreed. Separation is best, until his hormones calm down and he learns some manners.
