I used to go to the beach every weekend. Now I live in like the arctic, our summers only get up to like 90⁰ so the water is always FREEZING. I miss living in a place where I could swim.

Only 90?! That’s how we all live here almost every season. We wear jackets in 60 degree weather.

EXACTLY. SUMMERS SHOULD BE 115⁰!!!! I'm from Texas, and up here out winters get down to THE 30s!!!!!!!!! Winters used to be around 50 degrees and THAT IS FREEZING!!!! I used to go out in my big puffer. Now thats the average summers day, 90 is only on the "hot" days It's amazing what some people will consider "boiling outside"

I ran outside in the snow bare foot wearing only leggings and a sweater once because my dad had accidentally let Star (a dog with a history of running straight to the road if she escapes) out!

Oh wow that looks gorgeous! Ponds, ditches and springs are the best to swim in! I’ve never swam in a creek. Is it as fun as a lake? The beach is just sandy hot and the waves are annoying plus there’s way too many people.

Well I don't know about most creeks and ponds but swimming in the ponds with my two cousins was great! The creek isn't really deep enough to swim in except in a few deep spots but it's great! Both of those spots are very secluded though and there aren't really annoying people anywhere.

No but it was very cold! You'd only get frostbite if you stayed in the snow!
