Why would you put their food on the floor? That’s just going to get it nasty.Do you mean bird? And yeah they usually wouldn’t. I would recommend throwing in some duck food and spread it around the floor for the ducks.
I thought that to. I did some research and found the weight can affect.Just a tip... the drakes weight isn’t so much the problem as he has different anatomy than a rooster. Drakes have penises, and mating with a hen that has a completely different reproductive system than duck hens is quite often fatal, or at least badly injuring to the hen.
Also, you may want to download grammerly or a similar grammar checking app. You had a few misspellings.
You could throw it in a bowl. But you scatter around food for the ducks each day. Only a bit not a lot.Why would you put their food on the floor? That’s just going to get it nasty.
If you put it on the ground, that makes it have a high chance of being contaminated with poop and bacteria on the ground. What is the purpose of putting it on the ground? You could throw it in a bowl. But you scatter around food for the ducks each day. Only a bit not a lot.

The weight can affect them, but that isn’t why you don’t want to keep drakes with chicken hens. It’s the reproductive differences. You may want to add that into your article.I thought that to. I did some research and found the weight can affect.
We have a different set up. We throw it on a wood board on the floor that we clean 2-3 times a dayIf you put it on the ground, that makes it have a high chance of being contaminated with poop and bacteria on the ground. What is the purpose of putting it on the ground?
