I think they are a little too young to tell. Give them a couple weeks.
Get good pictures of their combs and a side shot. Sometimes the shape of the feathers will give the sex away.
 
at what age should I be able to tell? I am REALLY hoping for hens as I have a nice rooster already, and don't need another.
 
You should have a pretty good idea at about 5-6 weeks of age. Although for some individual chicks it can be a real guessing game right up until they either crow or lay an egg.
