Cockeral or pullets?

I recently picked up 2 4ish month old chickens... but we don't know if male or female.

They were sold as Brahma hatching eggs..

I’m gonna guess pullets. Not sure about the CCL.

I think the whitish one is a roo, but I'm no expert. I not very good at sexing them unless I can compare them with others and see for myself how they act. Good luck!

I would say the white one acts more roo like, sits up high watching everyone in the coop, stands quite upright but both are quite timid honestly & neither has any sort of shoulder feathering to distinguish them.

Both look like cockerels to me. I can see saddle feathers on the black one. The white one looks very male-ish. Both are mixed breed.

The dark one has very obvious saddle feathers coming in, and the white one looks like a cockerel, given the age and the large, red comb.
I assume you recognize at this time that they're not brahmas. I don't think they have brahma in them either, as I don't see any feathers on their legs in these pics.

Both are cockerels. The black one is likely a Dark Brahma mix and the white one could be a Light Brahma mix. Neither looks pure Brahma to me, especially the white one.
