Are you still seeing the bloody mucus from the nostrils and beak? What have you done so far? Is there any improvement? Here are some videos about removing pus from around the eye and sinus cavity:

After watching the videos I've tried to remove the pus but have had no luck in doing so. Unfortunately where I live there aren't any better who will look at chickens, do you know if he could end up getting worse?
