Cockerel or hen??

This chicks about 8 week not sure if it's a cockerel or a hen

Thought that to as we have got 3 other chicks from a farm and they were sexed as hens before we got them we got this one off a family friend unsexed and they look completely different there different breeds but they don't have that thing on there heads or under there beaks x
