Cockerel or pullet 10 weeks old

I feel like this is a roo. Got from rural king as a light Brahma just to find out it’s an ee. Is this a cockerel or a pullet for sure?

Your suspicions are correct - it's an EE cockerel.

Thank you. I was hoping it wasn’t but the color of the comb and the straight up tail feathers have me thinking that’s what he is. Not to mention he’s the first to get fiesty with me when I walk in the coop.

Yeah, definitely cockerel. I have a 12 week EE, and her comb is much smaller and a very pale (human) flesh tone.
