Cockerel or pullet: SLW and BR

Hey ya'll... I got two birds: SLW and a BR. They are about 10 weeks old. Sold as pullets by a hatchery. Do I really have the breeds they are supposed to be? Are they even pullets?. I don't have any other birds to compare to. Any help is much appreciated.

They are both pullets. Your barred rock doesn't look quite right, it looks mixed, but it could just be poor hatchery breeding. The other is a SLW.

Thanks! I thought the BR looked very different from other BR's I've seen online. Mine actually has some sorta laced feathers over the chest. They are lighter gray than rest of body feathers. I wasn't sure if she was a pullet because her face gets pretty red at times, redder than my other girls (different breeds) who are same age.
