Cockerel or pullet?

Im not exactly sure the dad could of been a barred rock as well since i had recently gotten her from the previous person, who had a barred rock rooster. They are now 14weeks and im still not convinced this is a cockerel. He is extremely small compare to the others
You mean they are 5 weeks old now, right? It's only been a week since you first posted them. It definitely looks like it could be an Barred Rock/Easter Egger cross. Easter Egger cockerels don't usually get really red in the comb until after 6 weeks old.

For some reason, when I read the date on the original post, I was thinking August. Clearly, I need more coffee. This one looks to be slow developing. It still has chick down around the face.

Yes its quite possible too since that one in particular was rejected when he was hatching... After 48hours of hatching the the hen pushed it aside thinking it wouldnt make it, i found it and it was barely breathing , it was froze, i warmed it up abd broke the shell since the membrane was all dried and stuck to him, the mother didnt want anything to do with him till 2 days later when i slipped him under her in the middle of the night, but maybe theres actually something wrong with him, hes really really friendly, but extremely small, he doesnt have any feathers on the butt either
