Cockerel or pullet?

This is nori I'm kinda guessing nori is a boy, but I'm not sure... can anyone tell the gender for me nori is three months old (possibly a week older than that, I'm not sure). I don't know what breed he/she is. Nori is a barnyard mix

Did the comb pop up over night or has he had it awhile?

My pullets just had combs pop up and redden last week. They are about 15 weeks old though

I'm gonna say it's probably a pullet, cause i think at that age she would have some saddle feathers....
