Cockerel or pullet?

I think my olive egger is a cockerel, any chance he is a she?

7 weeks old now, I edited my post lol. He's losing the feathering. When I bought him (as a pullet) I was told that dad was a cuckoo maran and mom was an ameraucana.

At 7wks, his comb is already pink but I'd give him/her another couple of week, I don't see any hackle or saddle feathering yet.
