Would the this leakage be specific to Prairie blue bells even though they have an array of colors or is it specifically where the leakage is coming though on the wings? Shoulders?

No, it is not specific to this mix. It can appear in most mixes (color wise). You are correct in that the leakage should appear on the wings/shoulders
