This is my 5 week old baby, Pepper. I was given eggs to hatch for my classroom by a major chicken enthusiast and decided I wanted to keep them. I knew the chances of having a roo was high. I know the mama to Pepper is a beautiful silver sebright, not 100 on the dad, so could be bantam mix (the slight furry feet make me think that too). I sadly cannot keep roo’s in my area and the longer I keep them, the more I’m getting attached. Pepper likes to chest bump with a confirmed roo a lot, and to me gives the off “roo vibes”. But it’s so hard to tell. Any ideas? Thanks so much for the input! (So many pics as Pepper doesn’t like to sit still for long
)
