Cockerel or pullet?

This chick is about 10 weeks old and I keep flip flopping back and forth trying to figure out the sex. Can anyone tell from the picture? No spurs, but much larger comb and wattle than the other (different breed) chicks who were hatched on the same day. Also, any ideas on her () breed? AI says Euskal Oiloa, but I think she might be something more common.
